Wycast, a Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) under Wylog, connects the world with ultra-low-latency streaming (<100ms) and secure, innovative solutions—from smart homes to telehealth. Based in France with a global team, we’re building a future where devices and people sync seamlessly. This Data Usage Policy covers how we collect, use, and protect your information across our platform, website (wycast.io), and social media presence (e.g., LinkedIn, X). We don’t resell your data—it’s used exclusively by Wycast, a Wylog-associated product, to enhance your experience. By engaging with us, you agree to this policy.

- Business Changes: If Wycast is sold or merged, data may shift to the new entity.

YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS

INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
From France (Wylog HQ), data may travel globally (e.g., U.S. for Fitbit, Asia for MediaTek). We use EU-approved tools (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) to keep it safe abroad.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS
Health Data: Telehealth/fitness info (e.g., Medtronic readings) gets top-tier protection (GDPR Article 9, HIPAA).
Children: Wycast isn’t for under-16s (GDPR default). We’ll scrub their data if it slips through.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We’ll update the data policy as Wycast grows. Big changes will be communicated by email or the Wycast home page. The continued use of Wycast is agreement to any updates.
